Charlie Jaggard

I set up Lucidant Consulting to leverage my experience of working with senior executives.

I have over spent over 25 years in executive search, working for companies such as Michael Page, Imprint plc, Norman Broadbent and Marlin Hawk. I also had a spell as Head of Talent Acquisition at Cable & Wireless (now Vodafone).

In 2016, I co-founded Essenta Partners.  Over the subsequent years Essenta has grown into a leading international executive search business, with an excellent track record of delivering great outcomes for clients across a range of sectors and business contexts.

I have always been passionate about offering broader and more varied talent solutions to my clients.  In 2023, I left Essenta to set up Lucidant Consulting, a leadership advisory firm.

Ethos

Over the course of my career, I have enjoyed partnering with a broad and fulfilling range of clients. These include global enterprises (Experian, Vodafone, Diageo, Adobe); international corporates (Euromoney, Vertiv, Chubb); consultancies (KPMG, Bovill, Chemistry Group, Impower); high-growth/early-stage/unicorns (Zego, Global-e, Access Group, Zoopla, G.Network); and a range of PE portfolio companies.

Throughout, I have worked for organisations that have been innovative in their approach to executive search, challenging traditional ways of working, and delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients.  We were particularly keen to inculcate this ethos at Essenta and have built a successful company with an exceptional team and culture.

At Lucidant, I am passionate about working with companies that put a focus on leadership talent at the top of their corporate agenda and am excited about partnering with clients on a broader basis than simply executive search.
