We have a long track record of assessing leaders and possess BPS accreditation. Coaching
We help leaders give the best version of themselves, with a focus on culture, behaviours, and performance at work.
We work with individuals to realise their optimum potential, with particular focus around career and performance, enabling greater self-awareness and driving transformational personal change.
My approach to coaching is grounded in 3 key areas:
- Practical advice, having supported leaders over 25+ years in executive search
- Entrepreneurial spirit, having founded and grown a successful consulting business
- Lived experience, dealing with and overcoming significant personal loss
I offer executive & leadership coaching services.
I also provide specialist career transition support, coaching individuals around career movements and significant promotions, before the first 90 days and beyond. This is designed to ensure successful integration, and also to improve the likelihood of a successful appointment, for individual and organisation alike.
My approach is supported by Barefoot Coaching training, and ICF accreditation.

We advise companies around the leadership talent acquisition and development cycles.
